Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to technical fault, the bills could not be submitted online for getting the sanctioned and recommended amount of payment. Counsel submits that the petitioner is ready to submit the hard copies of the bills for getting the sanctioned and recommended amount of payment, therefore, the respondents may be directed to consider the hard copies of the bills and pass appropriate orders with regard to release of the sanctioned and recommended amount of payment to the petitioner.

Counsel for the respondents opposed the arguments raised by the counsel for the petitioner and submitted that as per the procedure, the petitioner is supposed to upload the bills on the website of the respondents but he has failed to do so, hence, under these circumstances, the petitioner is not entitled to get the sanctioned and recommended amount.

Without entering into the merits and demerits of the case, the instant petition stands disposed of by issuing directions to the respondents to consider the hard copies of the bill vouchers submitted by the petitioner and make the verification of the bills. In case, the petitioner is entitled to get the sanctioned and recommended amount, then appropriate orders be passed as per the provisions of law within a period of one month.
