After arguing for some time, learned counsels for the respective parties do not press these writ petitions. They, however, submit that since, the suit is pending since the year 2008, the learned trial Court may be directed for its expeditious disposal.
In view thereof, these writ petitions are dismissed as not pressed. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. However, looking to the life of the suit, the learned trial Court is requested for its expeditious disposal.
