The present writ petition has been preferred under Article
226 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers :- “(a) to appoint the Non-Petitioner No.2 as an Administrator over Oswal Shri Sangh Panchayat, Bidasar to manage the affairs of movable and immovable properties; and
The respondents Nos. 1 and 2 are duly represented by learned AAG, Mr. Manish Patel, are directed to nominate an official

nominee, who shall get the election conducted, as prayed, strictly in accordance with law, while keeping into consideration the Constitution of the Trust-Oswal Shri Sangh Panchayat, Bidasar .
In view of above, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the Devasthan Department-official nominee to take care of law and order and complete the process of election, strictly in accordance with law, while keeping into consideration the Constitution of the Trust- Oswal Shri Sangh Panchayat, Bidasar. The election process shall be supervised completely by such authority.
Such exercise shall be completed by the authorities with the help of Devasthan Department, as directed, within a period of four months from today.
All pending applications also stand disposed of.
