application before respondent No.3 within a period of two weeks from today for raising his grievance.
If any application is filed by the petitioner, within two weeks from today, respondent No.3 is directed to refer the disputes to the committee within a period of one month from the date of application. The committee, in turn, is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the referred dispute at the earliest without any unnecessary delay.
