Learned counsel for the respondents submits that an affidavit has been filed today itself by taking on record the communication dated 18.01.2024 requesting the petitioner to send its willingness within ‘seven days’ of receipt of this mail in order to proceed

further in the allotment process or else it will be presumed that they are not interested for the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said communication has been received and he shall do the requisite in accordance with the communication dated 18.01.2024.

In case, the petitioner sends his willingness within a period of ‘one week’ from today to the respondents in pursuance to the communication dated 18.01.2024, the respondents are directed to complete the allotment process strictly in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Stay petition and all pending applications (s) if any stand disposed of.
