1. Learned counsel for the respondents-University submits that the petitioner has been permitted to appear in his due paper of B.A.M.S 1st year professional examination which was held in the month of January, 2024 and thus, the apprehension of the petitioner that he would not be permitted to appear in due papers of B.A.M.S 1st year professional examination, does not survive.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to refute the same.
3. In view of the above submission and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has already been

permitted to appear in the due papers of B.A.M.S 1st year professional examination, hence the instant writ petition is disposed of. Stay petition as well as all pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
