In view of the aforesaid consensus between learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is also disposed of in same terms as judgment ibid .

Benefits be accorded to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date petitioner approaches the competent authority of the respondents along with a web print copy of the instant order.
