Learned counsel for the petitioner instead of pressing the writ petition on merit submits that the petitioner may be given a liberty to approach the respondents by way of filing a representation before the competent authorities in light of the judgment passed by this Court in a bunch of writ petitions led by S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.9488/2021 (Durgalal Verma Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) and other connected matters.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation, while enclosing photostat copy of the judgment in the case of Durgalal

Verma (supra) along with the certified copy of the order instant and relevant documents within a period of four weeks from today.

In case, a representation is so addressed within the aforesaid period, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the representation has been issued only with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of petitioner’s grievance. The same may not be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a particular manner.

The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
