“(i) by issuing an appropriate writ, order or direction impugned order dated 06.12.2007 (Annexure-3) may kindly be quashed and set aside and the respondents may be directed to give salary and other benefits of his father to the petitioner and further directions may be issued to make payment of all terminal benefits arising of his service.
(ii) by issuing an appropriate writ, order or direction respondents may be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on the post of driver on compassionate ground and he may be given appointment from the date of his application dated 11.6.98.
(iii) by issuing an appropriate writ, order or direction the respondents may be directed to
