“ It is, therefore prayed that record of the case may be called for an by an appropriate writ, order or direction:
1. the respondents may be directed to get the work executed as per the sanction issued on 3.9.2001 through the petitioner society which is a duly registered society and is in existence since 1998. The Vikas adhikari may be directed to forthwith commence execution of the work and he may further be directed not to give the work of development to any other person of his choice.
