The present writ petition is filed challenging the impugned advertisement dated 07.07.2015 whereby the respondents were to fill up the Supervisor post and the grievance of the writ petitioners is that out of the advertised posts, 25% posts were not reserved for Anganwadi Workers, who are otherwise entitled to such fixation in terms of the order.

It is also brought to the notice of this Court that similar challenge was made before this Court in the case of Sheela & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.10635/2015 along with other connected matters and they were decided on 04.01.2018. Those writ petitions were dismissed on the ground that the notified posts of 1629 out of which 25% comes to 407 posts whereas the existing Anganwadi Supervisors are 438 which comply the requirement of 25% posts reserved for Anganwadi Workers. Consequently, writ petitions were dismissed. 3. Following the same, I do not find any merit in this writ petition. The writ petition is therefore, dismissed in the above circumstances.
