Learned counsel for both the parties agreed that the issue covered in the present batch of writ petitions is already dealt by this Court vide order dated 17.10.2016 passed in bunch of writ petitions led by S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6996/2014 (Amar Singh Vs. The Jalore Central Cooperative Bank Ltd. & Anr.) , wherein it was held that the post of Loan Supervisor is a promotional post and they are entitled for pay hike in terms of Rule 26A of the Rajasthan Service Rules, 1951 by maintaining the last drawn salary prior to promotion to the post of Loan Supervisor.

In view of the fact that the issue has already been resolved, the present writ petitions are disposed of in the same terms as held in the case of Amar Singh (Supra).
