Admittedly against the impugned order dated 20.03.2023, the petitioner has filed statutory appeal before the Appellate Authority and the said appeal is still pending for adjudication since 17.04.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that more than a year has passed but till date the Appellate Authority has not decided the appeal on its merits, so a direction be issued to the

Appellate Authority to decide the same expeditiously as early as possible within a time frame.

Considering the arguments put forward by learned counsel for the petitioner and looking to the fact that against the termination order dated 20.03.2023, the appeal has already been submitted by the petitioner before the statutory Appellate Authority wayback in the month of April, 2023 and inspite of passing of considerable time, till date the appeal has not been decided.

In view of above factual aspect of the matter, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by issuing directions to the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal (pending, if any) on its merits after affording opportunity of hearing to all the respective parties expeditiously, as early as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Stay application and all applications (pending, if any) also stand disposed of.
