However, in contemplation of proceedings for cancellation of the authorization, the authorization can be suspended for a period not exceeding 90 days without giving any opportunity to the authorization holder for stating his case.
In view of the same, no ground for interference in the present writ petition is made out and the same is hence, dismissed .
