The present writ petition has been preferred against the rejection order (Annex.6) issued by respondent-IOC.

The only ground raised in the writ petition is that the application as preferred by the petitioner for issuance of LOI for retail outlet has been rejected without assigning any reason.

A reply to the writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the respondent-IOC wherein a specific averment has been made

regarding the e-mail dated 04.06.2024 sent to the petitioner informing him of the rejection of his application and even the reason for rejection of the application. Vide the said e-mail, it was specified that the offered plot does not fall within the advertised stretch.

In view of the specific averment made in the reply, this Court does not find any ground to entertain the present writ petition and the same is hence, dismissed .
