Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present writ petition has been filed against the interim order dated 19.12.2023 passed by the Director, Local Self, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if the Director, Local Self, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur is directed to decide the pending appeal

preferred by the respondent No.6- Shri Rang Dharamshala Trust, Degana at the earliest.

The submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by Mr. Rajesh Parihar, learned counsel and he submits that the Director, Local Self, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur will decide the pending appeal expeditiously.

Considering the submissions made before this Court, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2- Director, Local Self, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur to decide the pending appeal preferred by the respondent No.6- Shri Rang Dharamshala Trust, Degana against the order dated 12.12.2023 at the earliest, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties in accordance with law.

If an application for impleadment in the appeal proceedings is preferred by any of the parties, the same shall be decided by the Director, Local Self, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur in accordance with law at the time of hearing of the appeal.
