This criminal writ petition has been filed by petitioners seeking protection from the private respondent Nos.5 to 9 as they are apprehending danger to their life and liberty at the hands of private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are present in person and both are major and mature enough to take decision of their life and they have been duly identified by their counsel. According to the Aadhar Card of petitioner No.1, her date of birth is 21.08.1995. He submits that the petitioners entered into wedlock on 28.12.2023 as per Hindu customs at Arya Samaj. Learned counsel further submits that petitioners are living peacefully as husband and wife but family members of petitioner No.1 are not happy with their marriage and petitioners are receiving continuous threats from the private respondents, so they prayed for protection.

In view of the above factual averments, petitioners are directed to file appropriate application seeking protection before respondent no.4- Station House Officer, Police Station Shivdaspura, District Jaipur Metropolitan and respondent no.4 is directed to provide protection to the petitioners, if any application

The criminal writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
