This criminal writ petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 315(h) of the Rajasthan High Court Rules, 1952 seeking police protection to ensure safety and liberty of the petitioners.
The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide its order dated 02.08.2024 in SB Criminal Writ Petition No. 792/2024 ("Suman Meena and Anr. Vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors."), disposed of the criminal writ petition with certain directions to the State Government.
The present petition filed by the petitioners stands disposed of in the light of the order dated 02.08.2024 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Suman Meena (supra).
