Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that statements of PW-1 Shiwani and PW-2 Lalita have been recorded by the trial court in which they have not taken the name of the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused Rajveer @ Raju and Manoj have been enlarged on bail by this court vide order dated 13.12.2022 in S. B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No.14084/2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that no specific overt act of the petitioner was defined during investigation. Conclusion of trial may take long time. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.
