This petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging illegal detention of the petitioner's son Devendra Sogarwal.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's son Devendra Sogarwal, aged about 27 years, has been illegally detained and kidnapped by some unknown persons from market. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a missing person report at Police Station Kotwali, District Bharatpur, but of no avail. The petitioner filed DB Habeas Corpus Petition No. 247/2018, which was dismissed as withdrawn by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.11.2018.

Learned Dy.G.A. has submitted the factual report dated 07.01.2024 sent by SHO, Police Station Kotwali, Bharatpur from which it is clear that the police is searching the missing person and despite best efforts whereabouts of the petitioner's son could not be known.
From a perusal of the material on record, it is evinced that petitioner has not named the person by whom her son is alleged to be detained and/or kidnapped from market. Even otherwise, it is an admitted fact that the petitioner's son is major. Be that as it may, when the investigation is still going on, the petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of.
