Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the application for suspension of sentence on behalf of petitioner was allowed by this Court vide order dated 14.09.2022. However, in pursuance of said order, the petitioner could not submit the bail bonds before the trial court.
As per report received from the Central Jail,Udaipur, the petitioner has now served out the total sentence and has been released on 24.05.2023. The report is hereby taken on record.
In view of above, nothing survives in the present revision petition. The revision petition is hereby dismissed.
