The present revision petition has been filed under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 17.01.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge (Women Atrocities Act Cases), Jodhpur Metropolitan by which the application filed by the respondents under Section 5 of Limitation Act has been allowed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that learned appellate Court has not decided the appeal filed by the petitioners as well as respondent No.1 and is pending since 2022. Counsel

prayed that appellate Court may be directed to dispose of both the appeals filed by the petitioners as well as respondent No.1 simultaneously as early as possible.
Learned counsel for the respondent did not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Considered the arguments advanced before me and carefully gone through the material available on record.
It is directed to learned Additional Sessions Judge (Women Atrocities Act Cases), Jodhpur Metropolitan that she shall dispose of both the appeals filed by the petitioners as well as respondent No.1 simultaneously as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from receiving the certified copy of this order.
The present revision petition is disposed of.
Stay petition also disposed of.
