Learned counsel for petitioner submits that after death of complainant-petitioner no one has contacted for substitution to continue the revision petition.

We have considered the submission of learned counsel for petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor.

Since, petitioner-complainant preferred this revision petition and after his death no one has came forward as legal representatives to continue the revision petition, therefore, the revision petition cannot be continued for a longer time than the time already granted.

In view of death of petitioner-complainant the revision petition stands abated, hence same is dismissed in abatement.
