record and considering the fact that petitioner has demanded Rs.30,000/- through his agent, directed to frame the charges under Sections 7, 13(1)(d) read with Section 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act and Section 120-B IPC. Therefore, I do not find any infirmity/ illegality in the impugned order dated 07.11.2022. 6. Consequently, the instant criminal revision petition being devoid of any merits is dismissed.
