Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the interlocutory order under Section 311 Cr.P.C the instant criminal revision petition is not maintainable, therefore, the instant revision petition may be dismissed with liberty to file appropriate petition before the appropriate Court.
In view of the above, the instant criminal revision petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed for.
All pending applications also stand dismissed.
Certified copies of the documents annexed with the revision petition be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner as per rules.
