- Pursuant to the order dated 03.04.2024 passed by this Court, the learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the report furnished by the Station House Officer Police Station Behror, District Kotputli dated 07.05.2024 indicating therein that the petitioner Raju has expired on 07.07.2011. Along with the report a copy of death certificate duly certified by the S.H.O. Police Station Behror has also been annexed.
