The instant Misc. Application No.124/2024 has been filed seeking correction in the name of the District in the order dated 06.11.2023.

¶15

Counsel for the petitioners submits that while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.679/2015, a direction was issued to the Municipal Council, Kishangarh, District Ajmer to decide the application of the petitioners. Counsel submits that due to typographical error, the name of District “Ajmer” was typed as District “Alwar” in para No.3 of the order dated 06.11.2023.

Counsel submits that the aforesaid error be corrected in the order dated 06.11.2023 and the name of the correct District “Ajmer” be reflected in the order dated 06.11.2023.

Application stands allowed for the reasons stated therein and it is ordered that the word “District Alwar” be read as “District Ajmer” in para No.3 of the order dated 06.11.2023.

The Civil Misc. Application stands disposed of.
