323, 324 IPC vide judgment dated 06.08.2002 by the Court of Additional District and Session Judge, (Fast Track) No.1, Bharatpur in Sessions Case No.77/2001 against which the petitioner suibmtted S.B. Criminal Appeal No.1031/2002 and during pendency of the aforesaid appeal, compromise has taken place between the parties and on the basis of the compromise, the accused-Gopal Singh and Gordhan Singh have been acquitted by this Court today vide judgment dated 08.04.2024. Counsel submits that during pendency of the aforesaid appeal, accusedMohan Singh and Hari Singh have expired hence their appeal is treated as abated, and accordingly, their appeal has been dismissed as abated by the same judgment.
