Learned Addl.G.A. has submitted the factual report dated 02.09.2024, a perusal of which reveals that the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial court vide its judgment dated 22.08.2024 giving benefit of doubt to him for the offence(s) under Sections 354, 506 IPC and Sections 7/8 and 13/14 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
In this view of the matter, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition for quashing the FIR No.251/2022 registered at Police Station Kishangarh, District Ajmer has been rendered infructuous.
It is disposed of accordingly.
