Learned Public Prosecutor places on record factual report dated 15.05.2023. According to the factual report, after thorough investigation, police submitted the negative final report on 19.12.2017 in the court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.19, Jaipur Metropolitan and same has been accepted by the trial court vide order dated 20.12.2017.
In view of the above factual position, prayer made in this petition does not survive any more.
Accordingly, this criminal misc. petition as well as pending application(s), if any, stands dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
