By way of filing the present criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has prayed for quashing of FIR No.0190/2023 lodged against him at Police Station Kanod, District Udaipur for the offences under Sections 376, 363, 368, 342, 506 and 34 of the IPC and Section 3/4 of the POCSO Act.

Having gone through the FIR, this Court finds that serious accusations have been levelled against the petitioner, therefore, looking to the seriousness of accusations and the nature and gravity of offences, this Court is not inclined to quash the impugned FIR lodged against the petitioner.

The petitioner, however, is permitted to submit a representation alongwith the relevant documents before the

Investigating Officer and the Investigating Officer is directed to consider the documents in an objective manner before forming any opinion.

The criminal misc. petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Officer to conduct fair and transparent investigation against the present petitioner and consider the representation, if any, is submitted by the petitioner alongwith relevant documents, in accordance with law.
