complainant got the land in question through release deed, therefore, the incorporation of Khasra numbers belonging to Saleem Khan came to be incorporated in his sale deed by bona fide mistake. Later on, the correction in the sale deed has been carried out and those Khasra numbers have been deleted from the sale deed dated 29.10.2021. Thus, land in question measuring 2.66 Hectare belonging to the complainant, has again restored to him.
