The present criminal misc. petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioners for quashing of the FIR No. 04/2024 lodged at Police Station Siwana, District Balotra for the offences under Sections 341, 384, 354-D of the IPC and under Section 11/12 of the POCSO Act, 2012. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one of the petitioner is a minor and therefore, the petitioners seek liberty to approach the Superintendent of Police concerned by way of submitting representation along with the documents and the Superintendent of Police concerned may be directed to decide the same in accordance with law.
