Learned Deputy G.A has submitted the factual report, from which it is clear that after completing the investigation, the Investigating Officer has submitted the negative final report before the Court concerned on 10.07.2024 as Adam Vaku on the ground that the case pertains to civil nature.
In this view of the matter, the present criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to raise her averments, as raised in this petition, before the trial Court at the appropriate stage of trial.
