The present criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.160/2019 registered at Police Station Arawali Vihar, Alwar for the offence under Section 384 IPC and Section 66 (C ) and 66 (D) of I.T. Act and further proceedings arise therefrom.
The present petition has been filed in the year 2019 and more than 5 years have been passed therefrom. So, the present petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the objections, as raised in this petition, before the trial Court at the appropriate stage of trial.
