Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report, from which it is clear that after completing the investigation, the Investigating Officer has prepared and proposed to submit negative final report before the court concerned as Adam Vaku on the ground that dispute between parties was found to be of civil in nature.
In this view of the matter, the present criminal miscellaneous petition for fair and impartial investigation in FIR No. 1053/2023, has been rendered infructuous.
It is accordingly disposed of.
