Learned Dy.G.A. has submitted the latest factual report from which it is clear that after investigation, the police has submitted the charge-sheet against the petitioner for the offence(s) under Sections 376(2)(N) and 504 IPC in the trial court on 28.04.2023.
In this view of the matter, the present criminal miscellaneous petition filed for quashing the FIR No.407/2022 registered at Police Station Mahesh Nagar, Jaipur City (South) is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take all the objections, as raised in this petition, before the trial Court.
