This Court vide order dated 28.11.2023 has already dropped the proceedings initiated under Section 446 Cr.P.C. against the respondents, as they have already appeared before this Court and furnished the requisite personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/each along with one surety of Rs.25,000/- each before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial).
Despite the order having been passed by this Court on 28.11.2023, the file is placed before this Court for further adjudication.
Accordingly, the office is directed to proceed in accordance with the aforementioned order and shall remain careful in future.
