The instant criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of the F.I.R. 459/2023 registered at Police Station Sardarshahar, District Churu for the offences under Sections 420, 406 & 120-B of IPC.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report dated 02.04.2024 received from the office of the SHO of Police Station Sardarshahar, District Churu indicating that after conducting thorough investigation, the police has filed the chargesheet before the competent criminal court.
The said factual report is taken on record.

In view of the above, the present criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
All pending applications are also dismissed.
However, the petitioner shall be free to raise all the objections before the trial court at the time of framing of charges.
