During the course of arguments, a letter No. 108 dated 26.02.2024 issued under the signatures of Special Judge Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 (POCSO Act) No.3 Jaipur Metropolitan-I addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court has passed over by learned Public prosecutor to the Court Master of this court, wherein it has been mentioned that the case has finally been decided on 14.02.2024 and in the absence of sufficient evidence, the accused has been acquitted giving benefit of doubt to him. The said letter dated 26.02.2024 is taken on record.
