Court and the case of present accused-petitioners is identical to the case of the other co-accused, who have been enlarged on bail. It is also contended that main allegation of causing death of deceased Waseem is against the other co-accused Lalit. The petitioners are in custody since 30.05.2024 and charge-sheet has already been produced. Further trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, bail application of the present accused-petitioners may be allowed.
