“1. Post operative surgical stitch wound of size 36 cm over right fronto temporo parietal region from right frontal region to occipital region to just above right ear, on further dissection remnants of subscalp hematoma seen over B/L fronto temporo parietal region, on further shows surgically dissected right fronto temporo parietal bones dissected bone segment not seen insitu, fracture of bones of middle cranial fossa both sides seen, on further shows surgical duroplasty with remnants of subdural hematoma seen over right fronto temporo parietal lobes, multiple contusions seen in right fronto temporo parietal lobes, left temporal lobeand Brain stem region with contusectomy seen in right fronto temporal lobes, brain tissue is edematous.
2.Lacerated stitched wound of size 6 cm seen over left temporo occipital region with surrounding swelling, further dissection findings as mentioned in injury No.1.
3.Abrasion of size 2.5x0.5 cm seen over right knee with dark red scab.”
