officer did not investigate the genuinity of the alleged agreement and arrested the petitioner after four years of incident. Petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2023 and trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore bail may be granted to the petitioner. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor opposes the bail application and submitted the factual report, same is taken on record.
It is admitted that contraband article were recovered from the abandoned truck bearing number RJ-19-JB-2877. The factual report shows that location of the present petitioner was found at the place of recovery and other places where the truck moved on the date of incident.
