numbers were not used by the deceased on night of her death i.e. on 23.09.2023. It is specifically mentioned in the case diary that mobile number 95211XXXXX was not used after 21.10.2022 and mobile number 95091XXXXX also remained unused after 09.09.2023. Similarly, deceased used another SIM, mobile number 82290XXXXX, which was also non-functional after 27.10.2023, the call details of that number has not been collected by the concerned Investigating Officer. Similarly, call details of the complainant and his wife Ramkannya Bai is also not taken on record by the Investigating Officer, therefore, considering the above fact, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail.
