that if entire prosecution case is accepted even to be true then also, case would not travel to beyond Section 304 of IPC. They submit that co-accused Shivprakash has already been granted benefit of regular bail by this court. They further submit that the petitioners are in custody since 07.09.2023 and trial will take considerable time. Counsel contend that further custody of the petitioners would not serve any fruitful purpose.
