In pursuance of the order dated 10.05.2024 passed by this court, progress report has been received from the trial court informing that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined before the trial court. Thereafter, the statement of accused has also been recorded under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and thereafter, defence evidence has been closed and the trial court had fixed the matter for final arguments on 20.05.2024.

In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this Misc. Bail Application.

Hence, this Misc. Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
