First bail application filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. was dismissed as withdrawn by this court vide order dated 08.02.2024 with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial court.
Instead of surrendering before the trial Court, the petitioner has filed the present second bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. which is not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed.
