Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after availing interim bail, the petitioner has surrendered back before the concerned Jail Superintendent.
In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present interim bail application. Thus, the same is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
