This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the accused petitioner in connection with FIR No. 735/2024 registered at Police Station- PS Sanganer Sadar, District- Jaipur City (South) for the offences under Sections 331(3), 305(A), of B.N.S.

Considered the submissions made at bar.

Having regard the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, so also the fact that the incident took place over the agriculture fields, between the parties. Counsel also submits that the accused-petitioner is in custody since long and more particularly the fact that co-accused namely Hardev, Akash and Brajesh have already been enlarged on bail, this court without

expressing any opinion on the merits and the demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 5. Accordingly, this bail application is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner shall be released on bail provided that he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court and any Court to which the matter be transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
