These bail applications have been filed by the petitioners under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in FIR No.478/2023 registered at Police Station Vidhyadhar Nagar, District Jaipur City (North) for the offence(s) under Section(s) 420 & 120-B of IPC and Sections 4 & 5 of Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the accused-petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in these cases. He further submits that the accused-petitioners are in judicial custody since 21.10.2023 and the conclusion of the
